Privacy Policy
Last updated: February 11, 2026
This policy explains how Logofolio collects, uses, and protects your information. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The short version
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't run ads.
- We collect the minimum needed to run the site, keep it secure, and improve it.
- You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.
What we collect
When you register
We collect your email address and store a hashed password. That's it — no name, no phone number, no social profiles.
When you submit a logo
We store what you provide: uploaded images, titles, descriptions, tags, source links, and any messages about the submission.
When you use the site
We may automatically collect limited technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and approximate location (city/region level, derived from IP). This helps with security, abuse prevention, and understanding how the site is used.
Cookies
We use cookies for:
- Keeping you logged in (session cookies)
- Remembering preferences
- Security and abuse prevention (rate limiting, bot detection)
We don't use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some are necessary for the site to work.
How we use your information
- Running the service — accounts, logins, bookmarks, moodboards, submissions
- Moderation — reviewing submissions before they go public
- Security — preventing spam, fraud, and abuse
- Improving the service — understanding usage patterns, fixing bugs, developing features
- Communication — responding to your messages or support requests
Analytics
We may use privacy-focused analytics to understand aggregate usage (which pages are popular, performance, error rates). We don't use analytics for advertising.
Who we share data with
We don't sell or rent your personal information.
We work with a small number of infrastructure providers to operate the service:
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Cloudflare — media storage and CDN
These providers process data on our behalf and only as needed to deliver their services.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the safety of Logofolio or its users, or to investigate fraud or security issues.
Data retention
- Account data stays while your account is active.
- Server logs are kept for a reasonable period for security and debugging, then rotated.
- Moderation records may be kept to prevent repeat abuse.
You can request deletion at any time (see below).
Your rights
You can:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your account and associated data
- Export your data (portability)
To make a request, email inbox@logofolio.com. We may ask you to verify your identity to protect your privacy.
International transfers
Logofolio is available globally. Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
Logofolio is not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact inbox@logofolio.com.
Third-party links
Logofolio links to third-party websites (source links for logos, designer portfolios, etc.). We're not responsible for their privacy practices.
Changes
We may update this policy. We'll update the date at the top. If changes are significant, we'll provide additional notice where required.
